Emina Zahirović-Pintarić is an accomplished attorney with over twelve years of extensive legal experience across various sectors, including corporate and commercial law, litigation, and human rights law.

Emina has worked with prestigious international and regional law firms such as Wolf Theiss, BDK Attorneys at Law and Descartes Solicitors, as well as serving as a consultant for renowned organisations like USAID, the International Financial Corporation (IFC), International Organisation for Migration (IOM), UN Human Rights Office of the High Commissioner (OHCHR), the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD/SIGMA).

Passionate about human rights, Emina actively collaborates with international organizations and local groups to advocate for victims of human rights violations, engage in strategic litigation, and participate in legislative processes aimed at protecting vulnerable populations. She co-authors publications, contributes to regulatory research, and engages in community outreach, demonstrating her commitment to advancing human rights causes.

Emina’s diverse professional background includes roles such as Managing Director of Restart.ba under the USAID Diaspora Invest Project, where she advised foreign investors and organized networking events to foster economic growth. Additionally, she has served as a Junior Legal Expert for projects supported by USAID and the International Finance Corporation, providing legal assistance to governmental bodies and facilitating trade facilitation reforms.

Furthermore, Emina has contributed significantly to legal education and professional development as a trainer and mentor, delivering workshops on topics such as professional ethics, defamation, media law and international law. She has also participated in competitions and programs aimed at fostering entrepreneurship and leadership, showcasing her multifaceted skill set beyond the legal sphere.
